Welcome to Audio M2i - Location Sound Recordist (Marianna LaFollette)

Sound equipment packages can be adjusted to the shoot's setups and sound requirements and as per the budget of the client.

I can provide a general Sound Spec document that starts with a Basic Sound Equipment Package, which includes the following gear:

Sound Devices 664 recorder
2 wirelesses (Sanken lav, Lectrosonics wirelesses)
Schoeps CMIT5u shotgun boom mic
KTek Klassic boom pole (9')
XLR breakaway cables with camera-monitor return
Timecode-BNC cable (for Camera TC-jam sync)
Dummy slate (dry-erase version)

I also have other Extra gear items that can be added to your package (more than just the Basic Package above), such as:

IFB-monitoring units (for producer, camera ops, client, video village)
Timecode units (run-n-gun/mobile work with cameras)
Digital Smart slate (with Timecode clock)
Shotgun boom mics, KTek boom poles & mic stands (for ex., for multiple subject interviews)
